“Peechabella Vineyards B&B” has been operating for eight years.  It is a solid stone dairy, built in the late 1800’s , situated on a beautiful vineyard, 3 kilometres from the township of Langhorne Creek, on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.

Privacy and seclusion are the key attractions, with an inspirational view out over a pretty cottage garden, lawns, productive vineyards, old river Red Gums and  rolling hills.

Provisions for a hearty country breakfast are stored in your refrigerator, and facilities for cooking inside and outside make it possible to self cater. There are two large bedrooms, one  with a queensized bed and a single, and the other bedroom has one queensize bed.  There is one bathroom, , air- conditioning for summer cooling, a wood heater for warmth in winter, radios, hairdrier,  colour tv, stereo system , and electric blankets and heaters.

French-trained chef, (French Culinary Institute, New York), Kate, can prepare a private dinner party for you, or cater for you and your friends  for lunch or an afternoon tea or a small special occasion in the grounds of “Peechabella”  .  Bookings are essential, phone Kate on 0417 862 136.

Meals are available from local restaurants and the hotel; there are four cellar doors to visit, and the famous Australian icon Newmans’ Horseradish Farm within a five minute drive.

The proximity to Adelaide (45 minutes), Victor Harbour (50 minutes) Pt Elliott, Goolwa and Wellington, make Langhorne Creek an ideal spot to base yourself, whilst exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Come for the tranquility;  stay because you can’t leave.!!
