“Peechabella Vineyards B&B” has
been operating for eight years. It is a solid stone dairy, built in the late 1800’s , situated on a beautiful
vineyard, 3 kilometres from the township of Langhorne Creek,
on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.
Privacy and seclusion are the key
attractions, with an inspirational view out over a pretty
cottage garden, lawns, productive vineyards, old river Red
Gums and rolling hills.
Provisions for a hearty country
breakfast are stored in your refrigerator, and facilities for
cooking inside and outside make it possible to self cater.
There are two large bedrooms, one with a queensized bed
and a single, and the other bedroom has one queensize
bed. There is one bathroom, , air- conditioning for
summer cooling, a wood heater for warmth in winter, radios,
hairdrier, colour tv, stereo system , and electric
blankets and heaters.
French-trained chef, (French
Culinary Institute, New York), Kate, can prepare a private
dinner party for you, or cater for you and your friends
for lunch or an afternoon tea or a small special occasion in
the grounds of “Peechabella” . Bookings are

Meals are available from local
restaurants and the hotel; there are four cellar doors to
visit, and the famous Australian icon Newmans’ Horseradish
Farm within a five minute drive.
The proximity to Adelaide (45
minutes), Victor Harbour (50 minutes) Pt Elliott, Goolwa and
Wellington, make Langhorne Creek an ideal spot to base
yourself, whilst exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula.
